We realize that the COVID-19 coronavirus may leave you feeling concerned. I want to take a moment to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and team remain our absolute top priority.

We have implemented additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information developed by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and the World Health Organization (WHO) consistent with our high international standards.

We are also complying with all safety advice as recommended by Dubai Development of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) and Sharjah Tourism and Commerce Development Authority (SCTDA). We will make changes to any protocols and procedures if required.

The following measures are in place at every Citymax Hotel:

• Teams – our teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols
• Sanitization procedures – Sanitizers are provided in all public areas. Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitization of reception, restaurants, praying rooms, wheelchairs, elevators, doors, door handles, washrooms, meeting rooms, pool, gym, etc.
• Food and beverage service – we will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations
• Action plan – to manage and contain a case of coronavirus at any of our properties

In these unique circumstances, we want to give you extra peace of mind and provide maximum flexibility. We are making additional adjustments to our booking policies and offering case – by – case free cancellations and refund for bookings.
